…, energy is much more globally distributed, and cannot be conjured from thin air by a central bank. So far there have been no coalitions or cartels built around mining Bitcoin that have actually imposed systematic censorship. And hashrate only continues to get more distributed. Expect far more US-based and non-China hashrate in the next 12–24 months — that’s where all the newly-minted ASICs are going. China kicking miners out of Inner Mongolia is extremely positive by that rubric.
