If this essay doesn't shake your confidence in your prediction, I propose a bet. I would offer you odds of 1:2 that less than 3 nukes will have detonated on US soil by the end of the year. Since money presumably holds value for you only until October, I would pay off my wager immediately after we signed a contract outlining our bet. On the other hand, if you lose, you would have until 2027 to return my wager and pay your part, which would be twice my wager according to the specified odds. This way, you would have ample time to liquidate some of your assets if necessary, plus, there would be some leeway for your destruction scenario to still materialize and potentially render any payments superfluous. I would bet up to 8 million USD and would agree to make the bet public if you wish to leverage it for raising awareness and demonstrating your confidence.
